Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LXЯ PRIVÉ, each order is handled with precision. Due to limited releases and controlled production, processing and delivery times may vary.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 5–15 business days
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • If product is in backorder it can take 55–65 days to get back in stock
  • During high-demand drops, processing times may be extended

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location
  • Carrier rates
  • Package weight
  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, LXЯ PRIVÉ is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly

5. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • If the order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to request a correction

6. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed
  • Please review all details before completing your purchase

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will review and determine a resolution
